--It was a roleplay about a shoe retail shop, an example of poor service quality--

Han wei the customer
Clarie the Supervisor
Fanni the sales rep
Xue Li the Narrative

Hanwei called out for Clarie
Hanwei: i want this shoe at size 9
Clarie pick up the shoe in a weird manner, she took it as far as she can stretch it from her side and pick it up with her fingertips!
Clarie: ok, give me a min
there you go
Hanwei tries on the shoe
Hanwei: its too tight
Clarie: let me see your feet, i'll will get you size 11
Claire left the scene
Hanwei called for Fanni
Hanwei: i want this shoe size 10
Fanni: Are you sure? Don't waste my time !
Fanni took the shoe as the same way as how Claire took it
Fanni went it and came out, thrown the shoe to Han wei, Best part Hanwei catch the shoe!!! hahahaahaah
